Add each bill's name, amount and due day. The tracker puts them in due-date order and totals what is due, what is paid and what is still owed.

Who this template is for

  • Anyone who has ever paid a bill late because it slipped their mind.
  • Households where more than one person pays bills.
  • People paid every two weeks who want to see which bills fall in each pay period.

How to use it

  1. Replace the sample bills with your own, including each amount and due day.
  2. Choose one month or a full year.
  3. Download the PDF for the fridge or the Excel file for your computer, then fill in what you pay as you pay it.

Example: two bills in one month

A partly paid bill shows exactly what remains.

Match your bills to your paydays

Sorted by due date, the tracker makes it easy to see whether too many bills fall just before payday. If they do, many companies will move a due date if you ask. Our payday calendar shows when your paychecks arrive.

A tracker is not the same as autopay

Autopay prevents missed payments, but it does not tell you whether the money is in your account or whether an amount has changed. A quick monthly check of amounts due catches price increases and subscriptions you no longer use.

Common questions

Can I get a whole year at once?

Yes. Choose Full year and the PDF has one page per month, while the Excel file has one tab per month.

What if a due day does not exist in a month?

A bill due on the 31st moves to the last day of shorter months, such as February 28.

What about bills that change every month?

Enter your best estimate, or leave the amount blank and write it in when the bill arrives.

Does PaycheckBay see my bills?

No. Your list is processed in your browser and the file is created on your device. Nothing you type is sent to us.
